Lorraine was referred to us by two independent friends of ours who raved about her as a realtor and a person. When we decided to sell our home of 20 years we knew we had one chance to get it right and to that end we “shopped” carefully for the right agent and the right agency. Starting in late 2012, my wife’s and my six-month search for a new home in Aurora led us to the internet, several dozen MLS listings and open houses, and, associated with each one, of course, a listing agent. We met with Caroline several years before we eventually placed our house on the market knowing that considerable up-dating of the property was necessary.
