A bit of history
Aurora Heights was one of Aurora’s first large-scale suburban subdivisions in the 1950s.
By 1957 construction of some 200 homes had begun and by the following year residents were moving in.
Today, many of those early homes — bungalows, side-splits and two-storeys — sit on generous lots, and some have been replaced by custom-built infills.
